About the Role As a Senior Manager in the finance organization , you will support the department's financial strategy and operations. You will partner closely with the Senior Director to deliver on strategic goals and key deliverables. Your primary focus will be building a stronger reporting catalog, using CBRE systems and AI tools, to improve visibility and detail across all finance disciplines in CBRE's Direct Line Global business.
What You'll Do Apply broad knowledge of the business, your own discipline, and how it integrates with other functions to advance team and department objectives . Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems, accounting for their broader impact across the department. Improve existing methods, processes and standards within your discipline. Help develop tools and models that support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
U sing AI and CBRE system tools: Build reporting packages for the operations and sales organizations that divisional finance leaders and managers can own and run. Enhance existing reporting packages and simplify how they are created and communicated. Help build automated monthly and quarterly reporting models, reports and narratives that give senior leadership clear insight into business results. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree preferred, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
We will consider a combination of experience and education in lieu of a degree. Ability to communicate complex information clearly, set performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues with discretion. Leadership skills to influence business partners and peer finance team members. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Advanced quantitative skills, including calculating percentages, fractions, and other financial figures.
Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency in financial processes.
