As a Finance Intern, you'll spend a year gaining hands-on experience and working on meaningful projects that contribute to real business outcomes.

During your Year in Industry, you’ll gain hands-on experience in an area such as Accounting, Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Planning or Corporate Finance.

You’ll contribute to real work, develop your analytical and commercial skills and build your understanding of how Finance supports decision-making across the business.

You’ll also explore how data, automation and new technology are changing Finance, while gaining valuable experience that can help shape your future career.

With offices across the UK and a hybrid approach to working, flexibility is an important part of our graduate and intern programmes. You’ll need to be open to travel when required and, for some placements, relocation, giving you the opportunity to experience different teams, locations and parts of our business.

What we need from you

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Masters)
• Have the right to work in the UK, prior to commencing work
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn
• Willingness to travel and relocate where required
• Available to start in June 2027
