Delivery Manager

Overview

• We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead Agile software and data projects for our UK Public Sector clients.
• You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams working across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Data and AI, taking projects from mobilisation through delivery and into live service.
• Working closely with Technical Leads and client stakeholders, you’ll keep delivery on track, manage risks, budgets and dependencies, and ensure clients have clear visibility throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile software and data projects from mobilisation through to live service.
• Manage delivery against agreed scope, timescales, budget and quality.
• Run Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage RAID, dependencies, resourcing and project governance.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery progress, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage scope and change control.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Support bids, proposals and project estimates.
• Contribute to improving Ceox delivery processes and ways of working.

Mandatory Requirements

• Delivery management experience within software development.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
• Experience within a Professional Services or Consultancy environment.
• Experience managing multi-resource projects lasting 6+ months.
• Strong client and senior stakeholder management experience.
• Budget management, forecasting and change control.
• Eligible to obtain SC clearance.
• Right to work full-time in the UK, visa-free, for at least the next three years.

Desirable

• UK Central Government or wider Public Sector delivery experience.
• Knowledge of GDS Service Standard.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Azure.
• Data, analytics or AI project delivery experience.
• Experience transitioning projects into live/managed services.
• Agile/project certification such as PSM, CSM, AgilePM, PRINCE2 Agile or APM PMQ.
• Existing SC clearance.
