Business Analyst

As CFC continues to grow globally, we’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help shape and deliver strategic change across the business. You’ll work on a varied portfolio of initiatives spanning business transformation, operational improvement and regulatory change, partnering with stakeholders across areas such as underwriting, claims, operations, finance and compliance. This is a highly business-facing role where you’ll get under the skin of complex problems, challenge assumptions and help turn business needs into practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, SMEs and delivery teams, helping ensure we’re solving the right problems rather than simply jumping to solutions.
