The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a key member of the BRM Salesforce Platform Engineering function, responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, controlled change and operational health of CFC’s Broker Relationship Management platform. Working closely with the BRM Technical Lead, Product Owner, AppOps, Architecture, Data and delivery partners, the role translates approved business requirements into secure, scalable and supportable Salesforce solutions.
The role provides senior hands-on capability across Financial Services Cloud, platform automation, access governance, environment management, release delivery and complex technical investigation. This role supports CFC’s transition to an internally owned operating model by reducing reliance on external suppliers, strengthening platform knowledge and ensuring that BRM changes are traceable, tested, documented and delivered through governed engineering and release processes.
