Based in Westlake, Texas, the program runs from June 7, 2027 through July 30, 2027 and provides a full-time, on-site experience. Through a combination of experiential learning, educational programming, project work, and interaction with business professionals and the RIA industry, participants will develop an understanding of advisor business operations, industry dynamics, and the financial services landscape. Participants will work alongside teams across Advisor Services, contribute to research and business initiatives, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and present key insights and recommendations in a professional setting.

Successful participants bring intellectual curiosity, strong communication abilities, sound judgment, and a desire to learn. They enjoy analyzing information from multiple sources, collaborating with others to solve problems, and adapting quickly to new concepts and business challenges. Throughout the program, participants will receive exposure to industry professionals, deepen their understanding of the Registered Investment Advisor industry, and gain valuable experience within a leading financial services organization.
