Account Manager

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Founded in 2008, Locumsmart provides web-based software-as-a-service solutions to the healthcare recruitment industry. The Locumsmart web-portal provides workflow automation, vendor management (VMS), and managed services provider (MSP) software for lowering costs, and increasing the efficiency of recruitment. Our clients include some of the largest hospital systems and staffing firms in the country.

As an Account Manager, you are the trusted advisor to our healthcare clients. You guide them through their workflow on a vendor neutral VMS, plan strategically with them, and help them get more value from Locumsmart over time.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level of our client organizations and act as a consultative partner.

Usher clients through their workflow, from assignment requests to invoicing, and educate them on how to use Locumsmart to solve business challenges.

Drive adoption of new and existing features.

Develop and run strategic account plans, and lead business reviews tied to client goals.

Identify expansion opportunities within current clients, including new facilities, service lines, and underused features.

Coordinate multiple client stakeholders and partner with internal teams to meet client needs.

Track client satisfaction, retention, utilization, and revenue growth.

Share client feedback and industry trends to help shape our products.

Exceptional client-facing and consultative skills.

Strategic thinking and experience building and executing client plans.

Ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders.

Enthusiasm for technology and for teaching clients to use it.

Strong understanding of the locum tenens and healthcare industry.

Proven account management or customer success experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $72,000 -- $192,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
