Sr. Analyst, SRE & Innovation

Location: Pune

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Support the DevOps platform and ensure its stability and reliability.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve build and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with Development, BA/PM, and TechOps teams to promote effective use of DevOps tools and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
• Drive automation, process efficiency, and tool optimization to improve performance and deliver measurable KPIs.
• Maintain documentation for DevOps tools, including POCs, implementations, and automation processes, as part of SOPs to support knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in setting up, implementing, and troubleshooting DevOps tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with build tools such as Maven, Python, NPM, Docker, and related technologies.
• Practical experience in setting up and configuring GitHub Actions, workflows, and runners for Java, .NET, and Python applications to implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in setting up, implementing, and troubleshooting containerized applications using Kubernetes and Tanzu.
• Experience in setting up, managing, implementing, and troubleshooting artifact repository managers such as Sonatype Nexus and JFrog.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shell and Python scripting.
• Basic programming skills in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Good understanding of Oracle and PostgreSQL database setup and usage.
