Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Irving Texas United States

As a Senior Salesforce Developer within Citi's Consumer Operations Technology Banking Operations team, you will design and build application systems that power critical banking operations. This intermediate-to-senior level role gives you the opportunity to shape how new and existing applications are developed, tested, and deployed, working closely with business users and technology partners. Success in this role means delivering reliable, well-designed systems that directly support Citi's operational teams and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement new and revised application systems that address specific business and operational needs.
• Lead feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and technology planning for upcoming development initiatives.
• Oversee each phase of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Provide ongoing operational support to business users once applications go live.
• Analyze complex technical problems and evaluate business and system processes against industry standards.
• Design security measures following implementation to strengthen system functionality and protect data.
• Advise users and other technology teams on programming solutions and assist with system integration.
• Mentor junior analysts and help shape development standards and operating procedures for the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in systems analysis and application development.
• A track record of managing and delivering successful technology projects.
• Working knowledge of project management and consulting techniques.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and adapt to shifting requirements under pressure.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

$107,120.00 - $160,680.00
