We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solution & Delivery Lead, Senior Vice President in our Digital Engineering organization to drive strategic product-technology alignment, multi-year product roadmaps, and end-to-end delivery across our Consumer Banking enterprise. Operating with a high-impact product and solution mindset, you will shape executive business cases, manage overall annual project financials, and architect resilient digital solutions without being a hands-on coder.
This role demands a domain authority in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), Fraud Risk Engineering, and Open Banking ecosystems, paired with leadership in driving AI-based PDLC transformation—transitioning traditional Business Analysts and design teams to an AI-first paradigm, while actively harnessing modern AI tools (Devin, AI coding agents, GenAI design copilots) to optimize delivery velocity, capital allocation, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Leadership
Product Roadmap & Strategic Vision: Formulate and execute multi-year digital product roadmaps, partnering closely with senior business executives to translate customer strategy into high-impact, iterative technology investment milestones.
Business Case & Tech Value Realization: Build compelling executive business cases, ROI models, and cost-benefit frameworks; connect complex architectural solutions directly with measurable revenue growth, operational efficiency, and risk-reduction outcomes.
Annual Portfolio & Project Financials: Own and govern multi-million-dollar annual project financials, resource forecasting, vendor run-rates, and capital allocations to maximize delivery predictability and engineering ROI.
Domain SME (Identity, Fraud & Open Banking): Serve as the strategic authority across modern Customer Identity (CIAM, biometric/passwordless authentication, OAuth2/OIDC), real-time Fraud & Risk detection systems, and Open Banking/PSD2 API ecosystems with knowledge on Open Banking Regulations across various markets in Asia, Europe and North America.
AI-First PDLC & BA Mindset Transformation: Champion the cultural and operational pivot of Business Analysts and solution designers from traditional documentation to an AI-first PDLC—institutionalizing AI-assisted requirements generation, synthetic test creation, and rapid journey prototyping across all feature development.
AI-Augmented Engineering Leadership: Drive organizational adoption of modern AI engineering tools (e.g., Devin, AI agentic workflows, GenAI spec/code generators) to accelerate SDLC velocity, automate quality gates, and boost delivery productivity.
Regulatory & Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as the trusted technical authority interfacing with regulatory bodies, Chief Risk Officers, Compliance, InfoSec, and C-suite business and tech leaders to ensure full regulatory alignment and audit readiness.
Enterprise Solution & Journey Architecture: Lead the architectural solutioning of frictionless, secure consumer banking journeys, establishing API-first standards, event-driven architectures, and microservices governance across digital platforms.
End-to-End Program Delivery Ownership: Orchestrate large-scale, multi-stream agile delivery organizations across globally distributed teams, ensuring execution excellence, milestone predictability, and enterprise DevSecOps rigor.
High-Stakes Problem Solving & Resilience: Spearhead the rapid resolution of critical architectural, operational, and functional bottlenecks, establishing robust fallbacks, high availability, and failover patterns for mission-critical banking platforms.
User Story & Acceptance Quality Governance: Establish rigorous standards for functional/technical solution definitions, BDD acceptance criteria, edge-case coverage, and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
Asset Cataloging & Ecosystem Reusability: Direct enterprise API and architectural asset cataloging initiatives to foster discoverability, composability, and speed-to-market across internal and external partner platforms.
Executive Talent Leadership & Culture: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing organization of solution architects, product managers, and delivery directors, cultivating a culture of innovation, continuous upskilling, and delivery excellence.
