About the role We're looking for a Founding Talent Sourcer to make sure we hire best in class talent across all of our open roles in the US and UK - and to keep raising the bar on what "great" means as our teams scale. - You'll run outreach that actually gets replies - high-volume, personalized campaigns to adjusters and claims handlers across two markets, built to stand out in a crowded inbox, not blend into one - You'll build a talent pool before we need it - keep a warm pipeline of qualified adjusters ready to go, so the next hiring wave starts with people already interested, not a cold search - You'll own the numbers, not just the activity - track the funnel end-to-end, from outreach to response to screen to hire, and use what the data tells you to keep improving it We love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, office-based role in our London office.
