Power Platform & Cybersecurity

Location: Cincinnati, Miami Valley or Columbus, OH

Technology plays a critical role in how we operate, serve clients, and continue to evolve as a firm. The Systems Analyst will contribute to that mission through a unique combination of Power Platform development, systems integration, and cybersecurity initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to join our Systems Integration team in a role that blends Power Platform development, systems integration, and cybersecurity. One day you may be building a Power App, automating a business process, or creating a Power BI dashboard. The next, you could be helping improve security controls, supporting identity governance initiatives, or assisting with incident response automation.

What You'll Do

Build & Integrate Solutions

• Design, develop, and support solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Create automations that improve efficiency and eliminate manual processes.
• Develop integrations between business systems using Dataverse, REST APIs, custom connectors, and other technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to understand requirements and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools that help teams make better decisions.

Support Cybersecurity Initiatives

• Participate in cybersecurity projects across the organization.
• Assist with security awareness initiatives, identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, third-party risk management, and endpoint security efforts.
• Support monitoring and response activities using tools such as Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Entra ID.
• Help develop automations that improve security operations and incident response.
• Contribute to Power Platform and Microsoft 365 governance, including environment strategy, DLP policies, access controls, and security best practices.

Collaborate & Improve

• Document solutions, workflows, and technical processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to teammates and end users.
• Participate in solution design discussions and technology planning.
• Stay current on emerging Microsoft technologies, AI capabilities, automation tools, and security trends.

For Success

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in systems integration, application development, IT, cybersecurity, or a related technology role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, Dataverse, and modern authentication technologies.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including identity management, endpoint protection, email security, vulnerability management, and security awareness.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Experience

Microsoft 365 and Azure administration or security experience.

Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Conditional Access, or Sentinel.

Experience with Azure DevOps and application lifecycle management.

Exposure to NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or similar security frameworks.

Security certifications such as Security+, SC-900, SC-300, AZ-500, SSCP, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent.
