Job Summary
The Regional Manager, Client Operations, leads a geographically distributed team providing consistent, timely sales and campaign support across assigned markets. As a partner to regional and Sales leadership, this role oversees workflows, resource allocation, service standards, and campaign execution from proposal development through fulfillment and post-campaign support.
The role develops team capabilities, strengthens cross-functional coordination, and drives standardized processes to improve operational performance, increase seller capacity, and enhance the client experience.
