ABOUT THE ROLE Join a small AI developer tooling team building a product that helps developers evaluate AI agents by working with execution traces. This hands-on role combines product engineering with community engagement, bringing feedback from agent builders directly into product decisions. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and ship features for agent evaluation, replay, cohorts, and developer experience. - Share technical work through posts, demos, and discussions on X and GitHub, and use community feedback to inform product priorities. - Work across feature development, customer demos, marketing activities, and community engagement as needed. - Stay connected to AI agent builders and evaluation practitioners, including people working with LangGraph, Claude Code, and custom runtimes. - Use insights from community conversations, demos, and issues to improve the product, then share what you learn from shipped work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of experience building or shipping production software, including experience building or evaluating agents in production. - Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with agent frameworks, evaluation systems, traces, observability, or agent debugging. - Open-source contributions with evidence of adoption by other developers, plus experience building developer tools, SDKs, APIs, libraries, or CLI tools. - Good product design and developer experience instincts, including attention to documentation, API ergonomics, and demos. - Experience supporting go-to-market activity for a product you engineered, such as technical demos or community engagement. - Comfort working in an early-stage startup or other high-uncertainty environment, taking on multiple responsibilities and participating in technical discussions on X or similar platforms.
