WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Three to four years of professional engineering experience, including experience building and shipping production software at an early-stage company or as a founder. - Full-stack skills, including TypeScript and React, a modern backend stack, and relational databases. - Hands-on experience building with AI or large language models, professionally or through personal projects. - Experience owning features from conception through deployment, making sound engineering trade-offs, and building reliable systems for complex workflows. - A completed computer science degree, strong product instincts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and minimal process. - Experience with legal technology, contract management, document processing, or working directly with domain experts is helpful.
