Leave of Absence Coordinator

Orlando, FL +4 In person Full-time

Location: Milwaukee, WI

CLA is a national professional services firm where our purpose is to create opportunities every day, for our clients, our people, and our communities through industry-focused wealth advisory, digital, audit, tax, consulting, and outsourcing services. Even with more than 9,000 people, 120 U.S. locations, and a global reach, we promise to know you and help you.

CLA is dedicated to building a culture that invites different beliefs and perspectives to the table, so we can truly know and help our clients, communities, and each other.

The Leave of Absence (LOA) Coordinator provides operational and service support across our People Solutions team, with a primary focus on Leave Administration. This role supports the day-to-day administration of leave programs and helps family members navigate leave-related processes, while also providing support across other People Solutions functions based on business needs. The LOA Coordinator will develop knowledge across People Solutions processes and programs and may shift or expand support to other functional areas based on service volumes, team priorities, and evolving business needs. The role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and responsive service while maintaining data and process integrity and a consistent family member experience.
