Primary Responsibilities
- Participatesin quality of earningsduediligence engagement related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers.
- Analyzesfinancial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
- Prepares/evaluatespro forma financial information.
- Evaluateseffects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements.
- PerformsIndustry and company research. Correlatesdue diligence findings with clientvaluations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldrequired– Degree in Accounting or Financestrongly preferred.
- Eligible to sit forCFA, CPA or other post graduate degree or relevant industry/servicecertificationa plus.
- General knowledgeof accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
- Willingness to learnnew technologies.
- Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
- The wage range for this position is: $58,400 – $90,000
- Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge mayimpactposition of pay within the range.
