Als Werkstudent:in bist du ein festes Mitglied unseres QSHE-Teams und sorgst dafür, dass unser Integriertes Managementsystem (IMS) im Tagesgeschäft reibungslos läuft. Du unterstützt uns operativ bei der Maßnahmenverfolgung, der Prozessdokumentation und der Vorbereitung auf ISO-Audits. Im Gegenzug erhältst du einen tiefen, praxisnahen Einblick in die Welt des Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutzmanagements (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) in einem dynamischen Logistikumfeld.Unterstützung bei der Pflege des Integrierten Managementsystems (IMS): Mithilfe bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Aktualisierung des IMS, das Qualitätsmanagement (ISO 9001), Umweltmanagement (ISO 14001) und Arbeitsschutzmanagement (ISO 45001) integriert.

Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation von Prozessen und Verfahren.Auditvorbereitung und Compliance-Unterstützung: Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung auf interne und externe Audits sowie Zertifizierungsprüfungen. Recherche relevanter Normenanforderungen und Zusammenstellung erforderlicher Nachweise und Unterlagen.Dokumentation und Aufzeichnungspflege: Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Ablage von IMS-relevanten Dokumenten, Verfahrensanweisungen und Aufzeichnungen.

Sicherstellung einer strukturierten und auditkonformen Dokumentation.Unterstützung bei Schulungsmaßnahmen: Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeiter zu IMS-Themen. Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien und Präsentationen.Datenanalyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Unterstützung bei der Erhebung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen (KPIs) zu Qualität, Umwelt und Arbeitsschutz.

Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Dokumentation von Maßnahmen.Unterstützung im Risikomanagement: Mithilfe bei der Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken im Zusammenhang mit dem IMS. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Risikomatrizen und Notfallplänen.Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Sammlung von Informationen und zur Abstimmung von IMS-relevanten Themen.
