MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Recueilir et analyser le besoin et les particularités des clients

Analyser la faisabilité d’une opération de transport selon la legislation en vigueur

Rechercher les solution de transport et les sous-traitants

Recueillir et analyser les offres des transporteurs

Selectionner les prestataires de transport capables de satisfaire au mieux aux critères définis (besoin du client, prix, qualité, fiabilité, délais)

Négocier les prix et acheter des prestations aux sous-traitants

Communiquer auprès des clients sur les prestations en cours

Promouvoir les services proposés par CEVA LOGISTICS auprès des clients et des prospects

Définir et proposer des tarifs ponctuels de prestation sur demande des clients

S’assurer de la bonne qualité de la prestation et de la captation des données sur la réalisation des ordres de transports

Traiter et suivre les demandes ou réclamations

Assurer la veille en analysant les marchés clients et transporteurs nationnaux et internationnaux

Renseigner et suivre les outils de suivi et/ou de prévision de l’activité (tableaux de bord, statistiques, indicateurs, etc…)
