YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Business Analysis & Intelligence Specialist to join our Advanced Lifecycle Planning Services (ALPS) team, based in Rosedale, Auckland.

Reporting to the Head of Advanced Lifecycle Planning Services, you will combine business intelligence, supply chain analytics and process improvement expertise to deliver meaningful insights and practical solutions for our customers and operations.

This is a varied, hands-on specialist role spanning Power BI reporting and data modelling, business analysis, internal consulting and strategic systems projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, translate requirements into analytical solutions and identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will

Develop, maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, reports and data models to deliver actionable supply chain and business insights

Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting, analytical and process solutions

Support internal consulting and business analysis projects, including root cause analysis, process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives

Analyse supply chain planning, inventory and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement

Contribute to supply chain planning system enhancements and platform implementations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing and data migration

Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot reporting issues and develop reliable data connections across business systems

Facilitate stakeholder discussions and support the implementation, training and adoption of new reports, tools and processes

Collaborate with the wider ALPS team to support solution design activities and deliver practical, data-driven improvements for customers.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate combines strong business intelligence and analytical capability with an understanding of supply chain operations and a genuine interest in solving business problems. You will be equally comfortable working with complex datasets, engaging stakeholders and translating insights into practical improvements.

You will also have

Strong experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards and data models, including advanced DAX and Power Query capability

Proficiency in SQL, data validation and working with large, complex datasets to deliver accurate and meaningful business insights

Experience gathering business requirements, analysing processes and translating business needs into technical solutions and operational improvements

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management or logistics analytics, with exposure to ERP, WMS, planning platforms or system implementation projects highly regarded.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
