What you become part of

Join one of the most dynamic manufacturing operations in Great Britain.

Our East Kilbride site produces around 38 million cases of drinks every year across four high-performing production lines, including two glass and two PET bottling lines. It is also the only site in Great Britain producing Appletiser in glass, making it a unique place to develop expertise within a world-class manufacturing environment.

As part of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, you'll be joining a business that invests in its people, technology and future. Whether you're looking to build your capability, broaden your manufacturing experience or develop your career, this role can open doors across East Kilbride, our wider GB operations and our international network.

What to expect

As a Production Planner, you'll join our Short-Term Planning team and play a vital role in ensuring production plans are executed safely, efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand.

Working closely with colleagues across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Engineering, you'll coordinate the flow of information, materials and resources required to keep operations running smoothly. You'll be at the centre of a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, requiring sound judgement, strong communication and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Creating and maintaining production plans to support operational and customer requirements
  • Ensuring materials and resources are available to enable the successful delivery of the production schedule
  • Working cross-functionally to manage changing priorities and minimise operational disruption
  • Supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives and site projects that drive efficiency and performance
  • Monitoring production performance and identifying opportunities to optimise line utilisation, yield and service levels
  • Contributing to the day-to-day running of the planning function and ensuring planning activities are completed accurately and on time
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make a visible impact within a busy manufacturing operation.

Skills & Essentials

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive planning professional who can build strong relationships across the business and remain focused when managing multiple priorities.

You'll ideally have

Experience working within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment

Previous experience in a Production Planner or similar planning, scheduling or supply chain role

Knowledge and understanding of SAP MRP processes and other planning systems

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI

The ability to make sound, timely decisions while maintaining focus on wider business objectives

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple functions and levels

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

A proactive approach and a continuous improvement mindset

If you're looking for an opportunity to join a market-leading business where you can influence operational performance, develop your skills and build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is based at our East Kilbride manufacturing site. We recognise the value of flexibility, and the planning team currently operates a hybrid working pattern, typically attending site three days per week. As this is an operational role supporting manufacturing activities, flexibility and on-site presence will be required to meet business needs.
