Internship Program 2027 - BPT Enabling Functions Business Partner Multiple locations

We’re looking for motivated interns for our BPT Enabling Functions Business Partner team, located in Sofia or Varna!

Who is this for?

This internship is designed for currently enrolled undergraduates in their second, third, or fourth year of degree-level education, ideally with an interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Digital Technology, Management or a related field.

What You’ll Do

• Support Business Partner Leads across Finance, Legal, PACS and P&C with day-to-day business relationship activities.
• Help prepare presentations, reporting packs, dashboards and materials for leadership meetings.
• Support the development and maintenance of technology roadmaps, strategic plans and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate information gathering for business cases, project proposals and initiative assessments.
• Track key actions, risks, dependencies and milestones across the Enabling Functions portfolio.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, AI, digital trends and industry best practices.
• Assist with process documentation, governance activities and portfolio data quality reviews.
• Participate in workshops, planning sessions and cross-functional meetings, capturing outcomes and follow-up actions.

What You’ll Bring

• Fluency in English. Knowledge of one of the following languages is also an advantage: French, Dutch, German, or Spanish.
• No prior corporate experience required; internships, university projects or extracurricular leadership experience are beneficial.
• Interest in business technology, digital strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organise information and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Curiosity about AI, digital innovation and emerging technologies.
