Internship Program 2027 - People Services with French language skills Multiple locations

• We’re looking for motivated HR Interns to support our dynamic People and Culture team, located in Sofia and Varna!
• Who is this for?
• This internship is designed for currently enrolled undergraduates in their second, third, or fourth year of degree-level education, ideally with an interest in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries via our service portal and phone.
• Resolve HR-related requests using scripts, FAQs, and our Genie knowledge platform.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes—from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain employee records in our HR systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Procurement) to deliver smooth onboarding experiences.Help improve workflows and contribute to HR innovation projects.

What You’ll Bring

Fluency in English and French

What Happens Next?
