The role requires strong influence, practical problem solving, and disciplined execution to deliver measurable progress.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & System Leadership
Build systemwide capabilities that create competitive advantage with national customers by translating retailer needs into aligned bottler engagement, package strategies, sales and operations planning, and go-to-market execution.
Serve as the customer-facing supply chain lead, connecting customer priorities, system capabilities, and cross-functional resources to deliver practical solutions and measurable value.
Customer & Digital Enablement
Advance digital, AI, automation, and order-to-cash capabilities that improve order accuracy, exception management, replenishment signals, service visibility, decision speed, execution efficiency, and customer growth.
Service Excellence & On‑Shelf Availability
Lead customer-specific service improvement plans that strengthen in-stock performance, on-shelf availability, shopper experience, revenue delivery, and Annual Business Plan commitments.
Use service metrics, customer scorecards, and early risk signals to build contingency plans, mobilize cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.
Stewardship Responsibilities
Lead operating forums that convert retailer data, insights, replenishment signals, order patterns, and scorecards into aligned priorities, decisions, and execution plans.
Drive transformation by influencing without authority, building capability, scaling new ways of working, and sustaining adoption across customer, bottler, and cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field required; MBA, Master’s degree, or advanced certification in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, or related discipline preferred. Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
Experience operating at the intersection of customer strategy, supply chain execution, commercial priorities, bottler operations, and business transformation.
Experience leading digital transformation, automation, analytics, AI-enabled decision support, or workflow improvement initiatives that deliver measurable service, productivity, cost-to-serve, or customer experience impact.
Required: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer operations, supply chain, sales operations, route-to-market, or related business transformation roles.
Preferred: 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional priorities across customers, internal teams, and operating partners.
Specialized Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of supply chain performance, service KPIs, replenishment dynamics, and route-to-market models across DSD, warehouse delivery, e-commerce, and emerging fulfilment channels.
Ability to translate complex data, customer signals, operating constraints, and AI-enabled insights into clear recommendations, aligned decisions, and practical execution plans.
Working knowledge of Power BI, AI-enabled analytics, automation, and decision-support tools that convert operational data into actionable insights and reduce manual effort.
Ability to identify, prioritize, and embed scalable process, automation, and digital solutions that improve speed, consistency, adoption, and business impact.
Skilled in stakeholder alignment, collaborative business planning, negotiation, project management, and portfolio management to move priorities from strategy through adoption.
