Senior D365 Business Central Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing Business Central practice. This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for leading the functional delivery of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations across the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with customers to understand their strategic priorities, business processes and operational challenges, translating these requirements into practical, scalable and effective Business Central solutions.

You will lead discovery and solution-design workshops, own functional workstreams, guide customers through key decisions and ensure that solutions are delivered in line with agreed scope, quality and business outcomes. You will also play an important role in pre-sales activity, customer account development and the mentoring of less-experienced consultants. The successful candidate will combine deep Business Central and finance process expertise with strong consulting, stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills.
