SCM Functional Architect – Oracle Fusion based Enterprise Supply Chain Transformation We are looking for an experienced SCM Functional Architect to lead large-scale, enterprise Supply Chain transformation programs built on Oracle Fusion Cloud . This is a senior role suited for professionals who combine deep Supply Chain Execution and Planning expertise with strong ERP design capability, and who can operate as a trusted advisor to SCM leadership.
The role will focus on designing integrated Supply chain processes across Inventory, Product Data Hub (PDH/PIM/PLM), Costing, Procurement, Order Management, Pricing, Supply and Demand Planning. A key expectation is the ability to translate complex Supply Chain requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring that SCM processes are not implemented in isolation but are aligned across all modules of supply chain Experience in identifying and solutioning the KDDs must.
Especially formation of Procurement organization structure, Inventory Org structure, Costing methods. Should be well conversant with best practices for various Industry Verticals. Given the global nature of the program, the role requires a solid understanding of how the global design workshops are conducted and formalize the Global template along with identification of l ocalizations. The architect will ensure solutions are globally standardized while still supporting necessary regional variations.
Equally important is the ability to articulate business impact. The role requires translating design into measurable business outcomes, including KPIs and enhanced SCM visibility. The architect will play a central role in shaping and governing the value realization framework , ensuring that transformation objectives are achieved and sustained. Candidates must bring strong SCM credentials, preferably B. Tech or MBA in SCM, logistics or Operations , combined with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in SCM transformation programs.
Experience in domain like Manufacturing, Procurement etc is advantage. Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM is essential. This role is intended for professionals who can go beyond ERP implementation and act as design authorities—ensuring that finance transformation delivers business outcomes, not just system changes.
