Salesforce Omnistudio Developer

Job Title: Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Experience: 6-10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to design, develop, and implement industry-specific solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). Key Responsibilities Design and develop solutions using OmniStudio Components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

Build scalable and reusable components to support business processes. Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. Optimize OmniStudio components for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices. Support Agile development and deployment activities. Required Skills 6+ years of Salesforce development experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) . Strong expertise in: OmniScripts FlexCards DataRaptors Integration Procedures Calculation Procedures Data Mappers Experience in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC.

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations. Understanding of Salesforce Security Model and Sharing Rules. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools. Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). Knowledge of Agentforce and Experience Cloud. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Insurance domains. Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Nice to Have Experience in large-scale Salesforce transformation projects. Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
