Job Summary e are seeking an AIFirst Engineer Solutions LeadArchitect with SCM expertise and a proven track record of applying AI across the entire Software Development Lifecycle SDLC This role is focused on leading an AI platform and transforming how Supply Chain applications are designed developed tested deployed and supported through AIenabled engineering practices Responsibilities We are seeking an AIFirst Engineer Solutions LeadArchitect with SCM expertise and a proven track record of applying AI across the entire Software Development Lifecycle SDLC This role is focused on leading an AI platform and transforming how Supply Chain applications are designed developed tested deployed and supported through AIenabled engineering practices The ideal candidate is not simply a developer who occasionally uses AI tools but an engineer who consistently leverages AI technologies to improve productivity code quality testing efficiency operational support and overall software delivery outcomes Candidates should be able to demonstrate and quantify measurable business outcomes achieved through AI adoption including reduced development cycle times improved code quality lower testing effort accelerated deployments and faster issue resolution Key Skills SkillExpertise Level AI Led SDLC Supply Chain Systems Oracle ERPExpert CommunicationExpert Thought LeaderExpert Key Responsibilities Our primary focus is on identifying AI architects who can leverage AI across the entire SDLC rather than traditional Oracle SCM developers who have only limited exposure to AI tools In addition to Oracle SCM functional and technical expertise we would like candidates to demonstrate handson experience with AIassisted requirements analysis and design AIdriven code generation and refactoring AIassisted testing test automation and regression strategies AIenabled DevOps code review documentation generation and operational support Experience with GitHub Copilot Agentic AI frameworks prompt engineering RAG patterns and AIassisted developer workflows is especially valuable Candidates should be able to quantify business outcomes achieved through AI adoption such as reduced development cycle time improved code quality lower testing effort or faster issue resolution While testing is an important component our need is broader than a dedicated testing profile We are looking for engineers who can apply AI throughout the full software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and support I would also recommend adding experience with AIfueled engineering frameworks and software modernization initiatives as we are actively transforming how Supply Chain applications are designed developed tested and supported using AIenabled workflows This aligns closely with our Supply Chain AIFC strategy and broader AI transformation goals
