Support compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience in LabVantage configuration, workflow design, and support. Strong understanding of laboratory operations, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. Experience working with integrated enterprise systems (ERP/MES/Supply Chain tools). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in requirements documentation, testing, and user training.
