Job Summary Lead client delivery across several intercultural squads of project managers engineers and specialists. Make sure programmes land on time and on budget. Own the delivery P&L capacity hiring and ways of working. Coach squad leads link client insight to product and sales and report to the Head of Technology. You need 8+ years in client-facing delivery (3+ leading teams) commercial instinct and hands-on use of agentic AI.
