Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We're thrilled to introduce a role where business thinking meets great customer experience: the Residential Service Product Specialist. You will shape the after-sales offerings that make our residential energy storage systems even more worry-free for homeowners across Germany and Europe. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in: You design and manage after-sales service products such as extended warranty and paid repair services, including their scope, eligibility, terms and commercial rules.
You build pricing models and cost structures that reflect failure rates, repair, spare parts, labour and logistics costs, and target profitability. You set up smooth commercial processes for quotations, contracts, warranty validation, invoicing and payment follow-up. You work hand in hand with sales, distributors, installers, finance, legal, technical and service teams to make sure our offers are viable and deliverable.
You track performance such as conversion, revenue, margin and claims costs, and turn the findings into clear recommendations for management. You spot market opportunities through research, competitor benchmarking and partner feedback, and support the launch of new service products across Europe. All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, to fit this role and be happy in it for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: You have a degree in business, engineering, energy or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
You bring experience in service product management, after-sales, warranty management or pricing, ideally in solar, energy storage or a similar technical industry. You are commercially minded, comfortable with cost and margin calculations, and confident with data and reporting. You understand contract terms and service conditions, and enjoy working with legal and finance colleagues. You are customer-oriented and a strong communicator who can explain service offers clearly to partners and customers.
You are structured and proactive, and you like to improve processes and get things launched. You speak German and English at C1 level. Other European languages are a plus.
