Product Analyst

• Analyze product usage data, customer behavior, and business metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and analytics tools.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate product performance.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Marketing teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Gather user feedback and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Support A/B testing and evaluate the effectiveness of product features.
• Identify gaps in product performance and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Monitor product launches and measure their impact on business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and business analytics.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
• Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
