We’re looking for reinforcements for CERTANIA’s M&A team (Internship) for 2027 : Do you want to work in a dynamic private equity / M&A environment (+50 transactions in the last 4 years, +10 of them this year alone!) and experience real deals from day one? Then an internship in CERTANIA’s M&A team could be exactly the right fit for you!
- Active involvement in transactions within a buy & build strategy, across all process steps
- Support with market and company analyses (incl. LBO modelling, multiple valuations, etc.)
- Preparation of presentations, business cases & decision papers
- Direct insight into a fast-growing European platform (roll-up in the TIC market)
- Strong analytical skills & structured thinking
- First practical experience in PE, banking or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree (from the 3rd semester) or Master’s degree with excellent academic results
- Confident use of PowerPoint & Excel
- High motivation, initiative and reliability
- An active role in a dynamic buy-and-build story
- Flat hierarchies & a full member of the M&A team
- Steep learning curve and real responsibility from day one
