Implementation Project Manager

• We are looking for a hands-on Implementation Project Manager to take ownership of multiple client implementation projects in a fast-moving, customer-focused delivery environment.

• We are a boutique implementation and delivery company specializing in CRM and business systems, working primarily with Zoho-based solutions and similar platforms.
• We operate as a remote-first team, managing multiple client projects in parallel across different industries.
• The environment is highly client-facing, execution-oriented, and fast-paced, requiring strong ownership, communication, prioritization, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving successfully simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

• Own multiple customer implementation projects from project initiation through successful go-live.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, and project status sessions
• Understand business requirements and translate them into structured project plans and actionable tasks
• Coordinate developers, consultants, and implementation resources throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain complete visibility across project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, blockers, task ownership, documentation, and overall delivery status.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, manage scope, effort, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations while maintaining accurate project information and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Monitor project budgets, effort utilization, and delivery profitability, ensuring projects remain within agreed commercial boundaries.

The Role

• 70–80% hands-on project management and customer delivery
• 20–30% of project planning, coordination, documentation, and operational execution
• The role is primarily remote, with occasional meetings at client offices as needed.
• This is not a PMO or coordination-only role.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing multiple client-facing software implementation projects simultaneously
• Strong customer management and communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to balance customer needs and delivery constraints.
• Experience leading customer meetings and managing customer expectations
• Experience coordinating developers, consultants, or technical implementation teams
• Hands-on implementation experience with the ability to understand business requirements, discuss implementation approaches with customers, and work effectively with consultants and developers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Strong technical orientation with the ability to understand CRM/business application concepts, workflows, integrations, and implementation processes (software development experience is not required).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured execution plans
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and delivery accountability
• Business and commercial awareness, with the ability to balance customer satisfaction, project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery quality.
• Excellent follow-up and execution discipline
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, dynamic environments
• High ownership mentality and strong attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize, resolve issues, and make sound decisions in dynamic customer environments.
• Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM or business application platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Monday.com, or similar implementation environments
• Naturally, takes ownership, follows through relentlessly, and proactively closes open items without requiring constant management follow-up.
• Comfortable asking questions, validating assumptions, and challenging unclear information before making commitments.
• Strong follow-up discipline with the ability to ensure commitments are completed rather than simply assigned.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align expectations, and build strong collaborative relationships across customers and internal teams.
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to maintaining accurate project records and customer communications

Experience working for a Zoho Partner

• Experience with Zoho One applications such as CRM, Projects, Desk, Analytics, Flow, or Creator
• Experience implementing CRM or business applications using structured implementation methodologies.
• Experience in boutique implementation or multi-client delivery companies
• Experience inheriting active customer projects and bringing them under control
• Business process analysis and requirements gathering experience
