Finalize my Zoho Creator app and set up Reporting

I am looking for someone to help finish a few small items on a zoho creator app that I wasn’t able to get the coding figured out. The main part I’d like to have help with is setting up daily reports. I am keeping track of assets and maintenance records for my farming operation. This job was posted from a mobile device, so please pardon any typos or any missing details.
