Delivery Operations & Governance Intern/Working Student (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an intern/working student (m/f/d) to support our Delivery, Operations & Governance team in Aachen, Germany. You will gain valuable practical experience in operational coordination, reporting, governance, process improvement, and data analysis. You support the coordination and follow-up of operational and governance activities Assist with preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting materials You will collect, consolidate, and update data from different sources while helping maintain accurate and consistent records Track action items, deadlines, and project progress, and support the timely follow-up of open topics Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of governance documentation, procedures, controls, and related records Support the organization of meetings by preparing agendas and minutes and coordinating follow-up actions You will assist with process monitoring and improvement initiatives, including research and analysis related to delivery, operations, and governance topics Use Excel, Power BI, and AI-based tools where relevant to support reporting, analysis, and productivity You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program and will continue studying for at least one more year An organized, reliable, and detail-oriented working style helps you manage several tasks and keep track of important details You work confidently both independently and as part of a team You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint You have experience with Power BI and data visualization and able to create or support dashboards and reports AI tools are interesting to you and you use them to support productivity, research, and analysis, or to prepare content You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and bring curiosity, initiative, and are eager to learn You are interested in the Wealth Management industry and have basic analytical skills Previous internship or project experience is welcome You fluently speak English, French or German is a plus Great creative freedom and diverse opportunities for further development in a very trusting and appreciative environment Flexible working hours, a working time account, overtime regulations and modern and ergonomically equipped workplaces State-of-the-art collaboration tools for efficient working (e.g., Stackoverflow for Teams) A family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere, where ideas are created together and quickly implemented thanks to the flat hierarchy Unlimited employment contracts, cafeteria, health campaigns, dogs in the office, sufficient and free parking spaces, bicycle leasing, employee PC program, mobile tire service, various events, package service, drinks, fresh fruit and vegetables, cookies and much more!
