Help shaping the architecture and long-term strategy of our AI platform, including the use of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI. Design, build and deploy AI solutions that improve product data intelligence, from auto-tagging and attribute extraction to content generation.
Architect multi-agent systems that orchestrate specialized AI agents across complex, multi-step workflows. Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and processing workflows for both structured and unstructured product data. Optimize system performance and scalability while maintaining high code quality. You hold a Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade AI solutions using Python.
Strong expertise in traditional machine learning combined with hands-on experience in modern LLM-based solutions. Solid knowledge of relational and vector databases, such as PostgreSQL and pgvector. Proven experience in setting up and operating open-weight LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral), including inference optimization. A practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex data challenges into scalable AI solutions.
Familiarity with AWS, REST APIs, microservices and MLOps practices (monitoring, CI/CD, Docker) is a plus. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort working in dynamic environments (German B2 level required). Our interview process is designed to be simple, personal, and a little bit fun, so we can get to know each other naturally. It kicks off with a short, relaxed phone chat (about 15 – 20 minutes) just enough to exchange first impressions and spark curiosity.
