WhatYou’llDo

As

anAssociate at our consulting and

investment advisory firm, you’ll play a critical role in drivingmeaningfulchangeforourclients.Youwillleadresearchandanalysisthatunderpinsstrategicdecision-making,combiningquantitativerigor—suchasfinancialstatementanalysis—withmarketand industryinsights. Through this work, you’ll develop a deep

understanding of the challengesandopportunitiesclientsfaceacrosssectorsandgeographies.Yourabilitytothinkbothcriticallyand creativelywillhelpuncoveractionableinsightsthatshapeclientstrategiesendtoend,frommarket

entry to M&A execution.

For example,

recent projects have included advising an overseas investor on their India

entry strategy, identifyingpotentialinvestmenttargets,evaluatingopportunities,andsupportingnegotiationsthroughout the transaction processes. Additionally, our team has worked closely

with the highest levels of governmentto

drive one of India’s largest divestments in the transport infrastructure

sector. This hands-on, end-to-end advisory work exemplifies the scope and

WhatYou’llBring

• ·2–3 years of relevant work
• experience, preferably progressive experience. Relevant experience includes but
• is not limited to experience in investment advisory, strategy consulting,
• founder’s office at an emerging company, or working with the private sector in
• a similar capacity.

• CA Qualified with at least 2 years of PQE.

• ·Strong quantitative and qualitative
• research skills, including financial statement analysis and market data
• interpretation.
• ·Demonstratedproblem-solvingabilitywithacreativeandanalytical mindset.
• ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• with the ability to create clear, presentations orreports that effectively convey complex ideas
