As a (Senior) Consultant – Technology & Digital Transformation , you will combine strong analytical and consulting skills with a solid technical understanding.

You will work on challenging projects at the intersection of business and technology, helping our clients structure complex problems, develop actionable solutions, and successfully implement them. Our projects cover a broad range of topics, including digital products and services, software-driven innovation, connected mobility, digital manufacturing, and Data & AI. You will join our growing international team in Bucharest, working closely with colleagues in Germany and contributing to the development of our new location.

Analyze complex business and technical challenges, structure problems, and develop practical, data-driven solutions Take ownership of individual workstreams and project deliverables, independently driving topics from initial analysis through to implementation Support consulting and transformation projects in the automotive and industrial sectors, particularly in technology-driven environments Translate complex technical information into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and compelling management presentations Conduct structured analyses, develop concepts, and prepare decision-making materials for clients and project stakeholders Collaborate closely with clients, technical experts, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions Prepare and facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and project meetings Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, challenge existing approaches, and contribute new ideas Help shape the development of our growing Bucharest team, contributing to internal initiatives, processes, and knowledge sharing University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Engineering , or a related technical field, ideally with a strong academic track record Relevant professional experience in management or technology consulting, digital transformation, or project-driven roles in technology-focused environments Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar topics, structure complex challenges, and develop effective solutions Solid technical understanding and genuine interest in digital technologies, software-driven products, and technological innovation Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messages for different audiences A highly proactive, self-driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership — you take initiative, work independently, and consistently follow through on your commitments Ability to confidently collaborate with different stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive topics forward Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project management or collaboration tools is an advantage Experience in automotive, industrial, technology, or international consulting environments is a plus Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German is an advantage Competitive salary and attractive benefits package Exposure to international, high-impact consulting projects in the automotive and industrial sectors The opportunity to combine consulting with innovative technologies and real-world implementation A dynamic environment with real ownership, responsibility, and opportunities for professional growth Close collaboration with experienced consultants and technical experts across our international organization Hybrid working model (60% office / 40% flexible) The opportunity to actively contribute to building and scaling our new Bucharest location
