GOPA Tech GmbH Commercial management of international consultancy contracts Preparing price quotations for proposals Preparing contracts for clients, partners and freelancers Invoicing clients Checking and processing incoming invoices, project expenses, as well as local petty cash accounts Correspondence with clients, experts and partner companies Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or business studies with professional experience of more than 5 years / knowledge in a similar position; preferably project business Excellent written and spoken command of English, French is an advantage Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite Independent and methodical way of working Good knowledge of accounting principles ERP experience Varying responsibilities and diverse tasks in an interdisciplinary working environment Pleasant working atmosphere in an internationally oriented engineering consulting company Short communication and decision-making paths Family-friendly policies and flexible working hours
