Senior Consultant - Informatica MDM (IDMC)

• Infoverity is seeking a hands-on Senior Consultant,
• Informatica MDM, to configure and deliver master data management solutions on
• Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). In this role, you will
• build the data models, match and merge logic, survivorship rules, integrations,
• and data quality processes that give our clients a trusted, unified view of
• their customers and other core business entities.
• You will work as part of a delivery team, owning the build
• of assigned MDM components from design through testing and deployment. You will
• participate in client design workshops and work directly with client
• stakeholders, individually and in small groups, to validate configuration,
• resolve design questions, and make sure the solution reflects how their
• business actually uses its data.
• Well-managed master data is the foundation for reliable
• analytics, automation, and AI. The solutions you build will give clients the
• clean, connected data those initiatives depend on.

What You'll Do

MDM Configuration and Build

• Configure Informatica MDM SaaS on IDMC, including

business entity models, relationships, and hierarchies, based on approved

solution designs.

• Design and tune match and merge rules, including match

strategies, match fields, and thresholds, to deliver accurate entity

resolution.

• Configure survivorship and trust settings so the best

version of each record is retained across contributing sources.

• Set up the business user experience, including entity

pages, search, data entry, and stewardship and approval workflows.

• Own the build of assigned components from configuration

through unit testing, defect resolution, and deployment across environments.

Integration and Data Quality

• Build source ingestion and downstream publishing using

Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration

(CAI).

• Implement cleansing, standardization, and validation

rules using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) to improve match accuracy and

data reliability.

• Integrate MDM with client applications and platforms

using REST APIs and event-based patterns.

• Profile source data to identify quality issues, inform

match design, and set realistic expectations with client teams.

Client Collaboration and Delivery

• Participate actively in client design workshops led by

the Solution Architect and Delivery Manager, contributing technical insight and

identifying configuration implications.

• Work directly with client stakeholders, one-on-one or

in small groups, during build to review configuration, validate match results,

and resolve design questions.

• Explain technical concepts such as match logic and

survivorship in clear business terms.

• Document configuration, design decisions, and operating

• procedures to support testing, knowledge transfer, and long-term client
• ownership.
• •Contribute technical input to estimates and pre-sales
• activities when requested.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, document resolutions,

and work with Informatica support as needed.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information

Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of experience in master data management, with

• hands-on configuration responsibility.
• •Hands-on configuration experience on at least two
• Informatica MDM implementations on IDMC.

• Strong working knowledge of MDM data modeling,

including business entities, relationships, and hierarchies.

• Demonstrated experience designing and tuning match and

merge rules and configuring survivorship and trust.

• Experience building integrations with Informatica CDI

• and/or CAI, and working with REST APIs.
• •Experience applying data quality rules for cleansing
• and standardization, preferably with Informatica CDQ.

• Customer domain MDM experience; experience with

supplier, product, or other domains is a plus.

• Ability to work directly with client stakeholders and

explain technical configuration in business terms.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and

the ability to manage multiple priorities on complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience with on-premises Informatica Multidomain
• MDM, including migration from on-premises MDM to IDMC.
• •Proficiency in SQL for data profiling, analysis, and
• validation.
• •Experience delivering MDM in regulated industries such
• as financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
• •Familiarity with data governance concepts and tools,
• including Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC).
• •Informatica IDMC or MDM certifications.
