As Talent & Development Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for talent management as well as human resources and organizational development, and will actively help shape our processes. The position will initially be a two-year fixed-term contract. In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Developing and implementing a human resources development strategy, including training planning and continuing education management
- Establishing a leadership development program
- Implementing and refining workforce planning, as well as reviewing staffing requirements and personnel changes
- Establishing a talent and retention management system, including succession planning and career paths
- Refining and implementing performance and feedback processes
- Further developing our corporate culture and organization - including our approach to leadership, values, collaboration, and change processes
- Overseeing and implementing compensation management, including job evaluation
- Further developing and analyzing relevant HR metrics
- Actively participating in HR projects and in the optimization of HR processes
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, personnel development, or business administration
- Professional experience in personnel development, talent management, or a comparable HR role
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
