Working Student AI Engineering at SCOUTASTIC (all genders)

As a Working Student AI Engineering at SCOUTASTIC, you'll work alongside our experienced team to advance our scouting platform with AI-powered features. Our software is used by over 130 professional football clubs worldwide – and we're currently expanding into other sports. You'll use the latest technologies and learn something new every day. AI Feature Development: You support the development of AI-powered features – from prototypes to platform integration.

Experimentation & Prototyping: You evaluate emerging AI technologies, rapidly build prototypes and assess their potential for our product. Agentic Engineering: You leverage modern AI development tools (Claude Code etc.) to scale your output and learn how agent-driven development works in practice. Integration & Pipelines: You help build robust data pipelines and integrate LLMs and other AI models. You are studying computer science or a related field (master's or advanced bachelor's programme).

You have already gained practical programming experience through projects, ideally even in full-stack development. AI enthusiasm: A genuine passion for state-of-the-art AI technology and LLMs. AI tooling: You're excited about AI-powered developer tools and eager to learn how to critically evaluate their output. Creative thinking: You love breaking new ground and exploring unconventional approaches. Reliability: You keep an eye on deadlines and deliver on time.

Optional: You are enthusiastic about technology and the use of data in sports. Languages: German (min. B2) and English (min. B2) are required.
