Junior TikTok Content Creator (m/w/d)

We’re building TikTok into a channel of our own and are looking for you to join us right away as a Junior TikTok Content Creator (m/f/d). You’ll be in front of the camera yourself, coming up with ideas and shooting, editing and publishing your videos on your own. As the familiar face of our TikTok channel, you’ll work with our teams to figure out which products, hooks and formats get our community excited and drive sales.

You plan, shoot, edit and publish TikTok-first videos, taking each one from the first idea and hook to the finished post You bring our content mix to life based on the campaign plan, focusing on product demos plus personality, community and commercial formats, and keep refining it based on what performs You regularly test new hooks, formats and products and deliver assets that can be scaled as Spark Ads You’re the familiar face of the channel and bring colleagues, creators and customers into your videos You review your videos’ performance together with the team and share your learnings in our weekly meetings Some experience creating short-form content for TikTok or Instagram, including on your own channel You’re comfortable in front of the camera and come across as natural and likeable Confident with common social editing tools such as CapCut Creativity and a good feel for trends, hooks and storytelling on TikTok A strong eye for detail and aesthetics, plus a real interest in lifestyle and interior design A hands-on attitude, a sense of ownership and enjoyment in taking your videos from the first idea all the way to publishing Fluent German and very good English At our company, you can expect a fast-growing and dynamic environment where you have plenty of room to contribute your ideas, take ownership, and grow both personally and professionally.
