Specifically, this means: You will maintain content in CMS systems such as TYPO3 or WordPress and keep existing content up to date You will structure and format content so that it is presented in a clean, responsive and consistent manner You will edit images (e.g. cropping, optimisation) according to specifications or templates You will create and maintain newsletter content in tools such as Maileon or Brevo You will document your changes and work closely with project management or editorial staff You will assist in optimising our content processes and contribute your own ideas You are enthusiastic about digital content and enjoy working in a careful and structured manner You have some experience with CMS systems (e.g.

TYPO3, WordPress) or are keen to learn how to use them quickly You are confident in using digital tools and ideally have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS You can easily edit images using Photoshop or similar tools You work reliably, are detail-oriented and take responsibility for clean content You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team and have very good German language skills You are curious, willing to learn and open to new tools, technologies and AI support If our job posting didn’t answer all your questions, feel free to contact our People & Culture team directly via email at [email protected] .
