Software Trainer

• A leading HRMS service provider is looking for a passionate
• trainer to join the customer success team, to facilitate the customer
• onboarding to the HRMS application. The team is looking to enhance the
• end-user’s experience and thus keenly looking for a person with excellent
• communication skills who is passionate about training. A keen learner and able
• to engage the end user.
• •To conduct
• training for end users (Onsite / Zoom) for an HRMS cloud application.
• •Liaise with
• the implementation team on training details and arrangements.

•Ensure

• Successful customer onboarding with relevant team members
• To provide efficient and timely technical
• support to end-user during the onboarding.

Requirements

• •Degree or Diploma
• in IT preferable
• •2+ years of
• training and related experience
• •Agility,
• work ethic and strong team player is required.

•Knowledge

• of HR policies and prior similar experience advantageous
• Demonstrate a high degree of skill in communication and
• positive interactions with end users and team members.
