Creator Growth Manager (m/w/d)

In just four years, Pammys has grown to over 1.5 million customers and is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in Europe. Today, over 150 employees at our locations in Hamburg, Kiel, and our own 22,000 m² logistics center in Lensahn are working to turn Pammys into a global footwear brand. With revenue in the mid-eight-figure range, several million euros in marketing investments per month, international growth, and product volume in the millions, one thing is becoming increasingly important: driving our growth forward through profitable campaigns, strong creative work, and well-informed decisions.

Do you think in terms of a whole movement rather than individual creator deals? We aim to grow from 100 active creators to 1,000—and you’re the person who will build exactly that: a community that we’ll turn into tangible performance drivers using a substantial advertising budget. We don’t just wait to see which content performs on its own. We strategically invest nine-figure advertising budgets to actively scale the best creator videos.

For this to work, content alone isn’t enough—we need a community that grows, that can be guided, and that can be developed further. That’s why we’re looking for a Creator Growth Manager – E-Commerce (m/f/d). You’re a scout, coach, and strategist all rolled into one. You find the right talent, bring them onto the team, give them clear direction, and help them grow—all while keeping an eye on both the quality and the sheer volume of output.

You’ll systematically grow our creator community—from the current 100 or so to 1,000 active creators You’ll scout new creative talent, reach out to them, and bring them on board You’ll train and develop creators so their content improves and performs better You’ll create clear briefings and ensure that creators know exactly what’s expected of them You’ll monitor output both qualitatively (content quality, brand fit) and quantitatively (volume, reliability, deadlines) You’ll work closely with our creative strategists, who develop new angles, as well as with the performance marketing team, which promotes the best creator videos in a targeted manner You’ll identify which creator content has the potential to be scaled using the advertising budget—and pass this information on to the team You’ll think about the community across language and market boundaries Good German and/or very good English skills You have experience building or managing creator, influencer, or community networks—ideally in an e-commerce or agency setting You understand the difference between traditional affiliate marketing and an actively cultivated creator community supported by an advertising budget You can motivate, develop, and guide people with clear briefings—even without formal managerial responsibility You have a keen eye for content quality and a knack for identifying which content performs well You work in a structured manner and can maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously You have excellent German and English skills (our working languages for the community) You’re confident using digital tools (e.g., Google Drive, Slack, project management software) You’ll work on-site at our office in Hamburg or Kiel—remote work is not an option for this role Good German and/or very good English skills Office First: In-person collaboration at the office, direct communication, and quick decision-making processes. 100% of the cost of the Deutschlandticket covered: We cover the full cost of your Deutschlandticket.
