Supporting VTM planning for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Exercises (e.g., Balikatan, Cobra Gold), ensuring theater supply chains are modeled, stress-tested against subversion, and assessed during major training events.
Synchronizing vendor threat intelligence and mitigation strategies with USFK, USFJ, SOCPAC, and regional Service Components. Coordinating with DCSA, DLA, and USTRANSCOM to ensure a unified theater defense.
Serve as a subject matter expert for VTM policy and governance. Draft formal staff products (EXSUMs, Info Papers) and deliver executive-level briefings to General/Flag Officers (GO/FO) regarding theater supply chain vulnerabilities.
Demonstrating a deep understanding of, and the ability to apply, Joint Publications, Directives and Instructions with the associated policies that support theater distribution security and vendor threat mitigation.
