Director, FP&A - Site Operations

The Director, FP&A - Site Operations serves as the finance leader for the Goderich Mine and acts as an extension of Corporate Finance and FP&A. This role is responsible for leading all site finance activities, including financial planning and analysis, accounting review, financial reporting, internal controls support, budgeting and forecasting. As a key member of the site leadership team, this position partners closely with business operations leaders to optimize financial and cost performance, support operational excellence, productivity initiatives and evaluate capital investment decisions.

This role is accountable for ensuring financial integrity, compliance and the delivery of actionable insights that support achievement of business objectives.
