Program Manager

Location: BGR Sofia - Advance Business Center

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall delivery, performance, and operational success of a sales program. This role leads Sales Managers, drives business results, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures the achievement of client and operational goals through effective leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales Managers and their teams.
• Oversee program operations, performance, and delivery against KPIs.
• Drive conversion, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and productivity metrics.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Build succession plans, talent pipelines, and employee development programs.
• Act as the primary client-facing contact for operational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Implement global changes and best practices to improve efficiency and results.

Required Experience

• 5+ years' experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or sales enablement.
• 2+ years' experience in Program, Project, or Operations Management.
• Experience leading managers and high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements through data and analytics.
